Passionate about connecting the dots to drive positive change, Joe is committed to serving vulnerable and underserved populations. Joe immigrated to the US from England as a young student and, as a first-generation college student, he went on to earn his bachelor's degree from UC Berkeley and later a Master’s of Science in Nursing from Seattle University. His diverse professional background spans international economic development, entrepreneurship in hospitality, and teaching in inner-city schools. Joe is an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner, specializing in primary care, geriatrics, and behavioral health. When he's not working, Joe enjoys life where he grew up, in the San Francisco Bay Area, with his wife and two young children.

Randy Gross

Since founding Corporate Counsel, Inc. in 2001, Randall Gross has served as outside general counsel for a select group of start-up companies. From early 1995 until 2001, Mr. Gross was a member of the Business Transactions Practice Groups in the Silicon Valley offices of Skjerven, Morrill, MacPherson, LLP and Rosenblum, Parrish and Isaacs. Prior to that, Mr. Gross worked in the Washington, D.C. offices of Baker & McKenzie, focusing on international business transactions.

Born in San Francisco in 1964, Mr. Gross completed his undergraduate education at the London School of Economics and Political Science and earned his B.A. in International Affairs from U.C.L.A. in 1986, where he was a member of the Varsity Rowing Team. He received his J.D., with honors, in 1992 from The National Law Center at George Washington University, in Washington, D.C., where he served as Executive Editor of the Commercial Protection Reporting Service.

Bryan Dennstedt

Bryan is a start-up consultant and fractional CTO with extensive experience leading telehealth and startup-related projects. He excels at optimizing operations, creating shareholder value, and empowering teams to achieve success.

Bryan served as the CTO at iPic Entertainment, where he was responsible for information technology operations, including product research and development, dev-ops, and customer experience. He also served as CTO at MDLIVE, a telehealth company, where his vision and strategies grew the team from seven to over 60 and secured multiple funding rounds.

Prior to that, he transitioned Pro-Med to a SaaS platform and, as CIO of City Power Marketing, managed energy trading systems and a data center relocation to Fort Lauderdale. Earlier in his career, Bryan traveled globally with IBM and Xerox, serving as an architect and key contributor to their BroadVision e-commerce and portal practices. He holds a BS in Information Technology from Rochester Institute of Technology.

April Fye is a healthcare leader with over 25 years of experience spanning clinical care, operations, and product development. She began her career as a nursing supervisor tech in a rural hospital and went on to earn her BSN, building her foundation in emergency care across community hospitals and a Level-1 trauma center. Driven to address the challenges of a fragmented healthcare system, April transitioned into Medicare Advantage value-based care. She led mobile care teams, supported program launches, and guided critical operational pivots during the COVID-19 pandemic.

April’s passion for innovation led her to a late-stage startup, where she designed high-value clinical workflows and developed a new nursing role to support an integrated primary care model for Medicare FFS patients with kidney disease. She later joined the founding team of an early-stage startup bridging healthcare and senior living, leading clinical operations and compliance infrastructure. She then oversaw mobile primary care operations for I-SNP populations before shifting to centralized operations, where she helped shape strategic plans and drive priority initiatives in partnership with clinical leaders.

April is a founding team member at Avail Health, originally joining in a fractional capacity to lead dementia care program strategy and development in preparation for the organization’s participation in CMS’s new GUIDE Model. Now serving as Vice President of Strategic Operations and Clinical Product, she brings together deep clinical insight and strategic operational expertise to advance Avail’s vision: to reimagine a healthcare system centered on humanity and wellness.
